Velox duet CA

Velox duet CA is 5 axis CNC machine provides 2 automatic hopperfeeders. The design of Velox hopperfeeders without any support on the ground is exclusive allowing the operator easy to load and unload working pieces. Loading tables moving along X axis provides multiple advantages. it is possible to change over from manual to automatic loading easily and fast by fitting the clamps and the table into working area.

T2 / T2+2

4 spindle ( with head T2+2, 2 spindle withhead T2) with 2 double spindle motor are mounted on a single arm. The distance between the spindles is minimum provide ability to process faster because of short movement of  the various work. IT is able to combine 3 different diameters,3 different heights and relevant rotating speed tools to process.

Tandem

6 mobile support bar ( 3 for each working table), each bar equiped with 2 suction cups. The support bars are able to move in X while the cups are able to move in Y. Therefore it can be adapt in variety of dimensions and shape of the working pieces.

it is easy to remove the cups and replace by the jig to process complex shape pieces..

Tandem + CT

Pneumatic clamps with block from the lower part upward. The CT Clamps quickly settle on the Tandem pods and they make therefore easy the passage from the fixing by vacuum to that with clamps for the automatic load/unloading. Adjustable in height, they easily suit the form of the piece; they can hold then both straight and curved pieces. With the A-LOCK system the CT clamps are automatically positioned through the NC both in length that in vertical, with great saving in adjustment times.
