• Adjustment of each spindle can be easily performed by using the front adjustment lever.
• All manually adjusted and turning parts are housed in grease lubricated bearings for oil-free lubrication.
• The full safety enclosure serves as a chip guard and helps to reduce noise.
• Extra heavy one-piece, steel weldment machine frame is specially heat treated for maximum stability and rigidity.

FOUR AUTOMATIC SCRAPING SPINDLE

The machine is designed with 4 automatic scraping spindles to produce patterns on a flooring.

POWERED INFEED ROLLERS

The smooth initial feeding of the stock is achieved by means of the powered top infeed rollers. Rubber top infeed rollers.

BRUSH WHEELS

There are two brush wheels (one brush wheel is standard) mounted at the outfeed end of the machine, which are used for removing wood chips on flooring after scraped.

MANUAL SCRAPING SPINDLE

By using the manual scraping spindle, the operator may move the scraping spindle freely to produce his desired pattern on a flooring.

HEAVY DUTY GEARBOXES

The feed rollers are driven through a combination of Extra Heavy Universal Shafts and Gearboxes, ensuring no loss of power transmission. A smooth feeding effect is assured.

The heavy duty gearboxes have no backlash and provide powerful and accurate feeding performance.

SIDE PRESSURE PLATE AT INFEED END

The side pressure located at the infeed end holds wood stably, allowing the wood to feed into the machine straight.

MOVABLE AUXILIARY CONTROL BOX

The movable auxiliary control box is equipped at the outfeed end of the machine, providing an increased convenience when the operator stands at the outfeed end.

An emergency stop switch is also provided at the outfeed end.

PLC with Touch-sensing Screen

The HSM series employs a high performance PLC control combined with a touch sensing screen, allowing operation to be controlled with ease.
