It is compatible with multiple programming software on the market, such as UG, AlphaCAM, PowerMill, and more, making it simple and easy to learn.
①Dual spindle heads, dual motor cross-layout, capable of simultaneously mounting four different cutting tools or saw blades, with a rapid tool/saw blade switching time of less than 1 second. During production and processing, it allows for the simultaneous processing of different products, greatly enhancing processing efficiency and saving processing time.
② The strip workbench can be adjusted left and right, allowing for quick adjustment of clamping and positioning, facilitating the installation of various pneumatic fixtures. It allows for quick switching between curved and flat fixtures.
③ 3D simulation: avoid the risk of collision
The software utilizes advanced 3D display and virtual reality technology to simulate, verify, and detect potential issues such as collisions, interferences, and unreasonable cutting parameters in NC programs. It is applied in the actual production of solid wood furniture, dining chairs, curved wood furniture, audio equipment, toys, crafts, lighting fixtures, and other products.
④ Simple and easy to learn
Traditional five-axis simulation is complex and difficult to learn. This simulation software is simple and easy to learn. For students with experience in three-axis CNC programming, they can learn it in a very short time. For new students with only basic computer drawing skills, they can get started and put it into production and processing in a short time.
