MACHINE FEATURES:

- Auto. positioning of the movable side of the machine via the digital width controller (CH-525) for auto working width setting. - Features measurement selection in mm/inches..
- Heavy-duty machine base by welded stress-relieved steel. - The movable side of the machine runs on precision linear guideways, driven by a lead screw and an AC motor (with encoder).
- Non-marking, anti-skid rubber surfaced bottom feed chaintracks composed of precision chains, linked by hardened and ground pins in sealed, permanently lubricated needle bearings with an adjustable tensioner.
- Standard pop-up dogs. (height = 12mm, dogs leading workpieces, distance between dogs = 400mm)
- Heavy top pressure beams with spring-loaded rollers on which V-belts run, driven via gearbox off the feed drive shaft, driving the bottom feed chaintracks.
- Infeed reference fence on the fixed side of the machine with a removable "L-shaped" guide for workpieces with top/bottom overhangs.
- Mechanical digital readouts for manual adjustment of the top pressure beams, infeed reference fence, and working units.
- Remote pendant control for the operator to access the E-stop and jog feedtracks functions during setup.
