ELECTROMAGNETIC SANDING PAD SYSTEM (ESP)

• Use electromagnetic technology to obtain variable, adjustable, and controllable pressure to each segment of the electromagnetic pressure beam.
• During the sanding process of the working pieces, the contact pressure of the electromagnetic pressure segments will be automatically adjusted by the ESP system according to the surface condition of the working pieces.
•The segments are staggered arrangement to ensure a smooth transition and avoid sanding marks.
• Provide a panel edge protection function.
• Compared with the pneumatic segments system, the electromagnetic segments are easier to maintain, and there will be no adhesion or contamination on the pneumatic components, such as pneumatic piano sander.
WORKING PIECES DETECTING SYSTEM

• The working piece shape and size are detected precisely, the controller processes the contour data quickly, and gives accurate pressure data to the ESP system, which gives the required pressure to each segment of the pressure beam. The mechanical detection system has good stability, is not affected by the working piece color. This detecting system, combined with the ESP system, ensures the entire surface of the working pieces gets uniform sanding, no less sanding, no over-sanding, no sanding marks

CROSS SANDING BELT SYSTEM WITH INNER CHEVRON BELT (C) - This working unit is a cross sanding belt, combined with the electromagnetic sanding pad (ESP) system, and this working unit has an inner chevron belt. - Cross sanding is a world-recognized sanding method to achieve the best sanding finish. Cross-sanding means the sanding direction is crosswise to the grain direction. This way, the higher areas and harder areas of the annual rings are leveled, and loosened fibres are sheared off, and no loose fibres straight up again after lacquering. After the cross sanding, the working pieces will be sanded in the direction of the grain again.. |
