Pade Chrono

Pade Chrono solo is the 5 axes CNC working centre designed for working on small and medium size components. it is equiped with 2 mobile traverse tables, for each table equiped with 2 suction cups. it is possible to add more working table so that the machine can process more components in sequence. because of modular design , it is easy and rapid to change piece holding such as TST, M3 and DOUBLECLAMP.

T2 / T2+2

4 spindle ( with head T2+2, 2 spindle withhead T2) with 2 double spindle motor are mounted on a single arm. The distance between the spindles is minimum provide ability to process faster because of short movement of  the various work. IT is able to combine 3 different diameters,3 different heights and relevant rotating speed tools to process.

Tandem

4 mobile support bar ( 2 for each working table), each bar equiped with 2 suction cups. The support bars are able to move in X while the cups are able to move in Y. Therefore it can be adapt in variety of dimensions and shape of the working pieces.

it is easy to remove the cups and replace by the jig to process complex shape pieces..

Flat AF

the table is made of solid aluminium, the surface is cover by grid of holes, the distance between holes center is 100mm. it is suitable for jig of material which is tool lubrication is needed..

Flat R

Working tables made of rexilon for the vacuum clamping of pieces. The surface is shaped for using the rubber gasket which delimits the vacuum used area.
