Pade flexible CNC machine model Sincro is the 5 axis machine the best for processing long shaped work pieces. it is able to work on 5 sides of work piece thank to the smart design and smart working table. 2 smart working table is mounted infront of working head allow machine process left and right pieces in sequence.

Working Head T2

4 spindles mounted on a single arm support with 2 double spindle motors. The distance between the spindles is minimum provide ability to process faster because of short movement of  the various work. IT is able to combine 3 different diameters,3 different heights and relevant rotating speed tools to process.

Working Head T2+1

3 spindles mounted on a single arm support with 1 double and 1 single spindle motor. Its small size allows milling in narrow spaces with no need of bespoke expended spindle supports.

Clamp

Sincro is equipped with 3 clamping columns which alternately go from one hopper feeder to the other. They will automatically release the worked piece and immediately load the new piece to process.
